Bolognese – Beef Coked in Italian Sauce
Napoletana – Traditional Italian Sauce
Carbonara – Egg cream sauce with crispy bacon and Parmigiano
Puttanesca – Italian sauce, anchovies, capers, Kalamata olives, garlic, parsley
Boscaiola – Bacon, mushroom, shallots in cream sauce
Amalfi Prawn – Prawns, sautéed cherry tomatoes, EVOO, garlic, bocconcini and fresh basil
